ALEK FIN – The Wayside – Abstract verses, and amazing dischord guitar coruses

ALEK FIN – Waiting Like a Wolf – Very minimalist up until 2:20, then breaks in to a beautiful phase lasting the entire 2nd half of the track

Hudson Taylor – Battles – A little We Are Hunter discovery. Only 4 tracks. I want more!
Summer Heart – About A Feeling – Electro atmospheric chill-out blended with solid band parts and some echoy vocals. A great sound, so pleased with this find!

Passenger – Holes – Folky acoustic, a stand-out from the album
Cat Power – Ruin – Been obsessed with this tune for the last half of the week. Awesome bass in the chorus
Cat Power – Human Being – A different track on many on the album. A bit more Fink-esque, for lack of a better comparison
Summer Heart – I Wanna Go – Was hooked on this track for a good week too!
Hudson Taylor – Battles – Everyone listen to this guy. He’s like a solo Mumford.
